To book a grooming session for your pet, navigate to the "Services" section or click the button below. You can select the type of service, preferred groomer, date, and time. Fill in your details and pet's details. Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
  • What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide your contact information, your pet's name, breed, age, and any specific grooming needs or concerns. This helps us prepare for your appointment and ensures the best care for your pet.
  • Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please contact us on Whatsapp (8818 8633) directly for assistance.
  • Do you offer walk-in appointments, or is booking required?
While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability. This helps us manage our schedule and provide the best possible service for each pet.
  • What grooming services do you offer?
We offer a range of grooming services, including baths, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and more. We cater to dogs, cats, and small pets like guinea pigs and rabbits. Check our Services page for a detailed list.
  • What is the difference between Full Grooming and Basic Grooming?
Full Grooming includes all the services of Basic Grooming — such as ear hair plucking, ear cleaning, nail clipping, and filing, shaving of paw pad fur and sanitary areas, a shower, and emptying of anal sacs — plus a more thorough fur trimming. Basic Grooming focuses on essential care and includes slight trimming around the eyes to neaten up the face.
  • How often should my pet be groomed?
The frequency of grooming varies based on your pet's breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Dogs with long or dense coats, such as Poodles, Poodle mixed breeds, and Shih Tzus, typically benefit from grooming every 4-6 weeks to prevent matting and maintain their coat's health. Short-haired breeds, like Beagles or Bulldogs, may require grooming less frequently but still benefit from regular baths and nail trims. Cats, especially long-haired breeds like Persians, should also be groomed regularly, although they often require less frequent grooming than dogs. For cats, grooming every 6-8 weeks can help reduce shedding and hairballs. Pets with active outdoor lifestyles or those prone to skin issues may need more frequent grooming to keep them clean and comfortable. Our experienced groomers can assess your pet's specific needs and recommend a grooming schedule that ensures they stay healthy, comfortable, and looking their best.
  • What should I do to prepare my pet for their grooming appointment?
Ensure your pet is calm and has had a bathroom break before the appointment. If your pet has any specific health concerns or behavioural issues, please inform us in advance so we can provide the best care.
  • How long does a typical grooming session take?
The duration of a grooming session depends on the type of service and the size, breed, and coat condition of your pet. On average, a full grooming session takes about 2-3 hours (small breeds - short fur medium breeds) or 3-4 hours (long fur medium breeds - large breeds). We will give you an estimated time when you drop off your pet.
  • Why does a grooming session take so long?
Several factors contribute to the length of a grooming session, including: Safety Precautions: We prioritize your pet's comfort and well-being, taking breaks if they become too distressed to ensure a positive experience. Queue for Equipment: Pets may need to wait their turn for the use of grooming equipment, such as bathtubs and dryers. Buffer Time: We allocate extra time in our schedule to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, such as dealing with mats and tangles, which can take additional time to manage properly.
  • What are mats, and why is there an additional charge for removing tangles and knots? How are they removed?
Mats are clumps of tangled hair that can form in a pet's coat, often due to a lack of regular grooming or brushing. They can be uncomfortable and even painful for your pet, as they can pull on the skin and cause irritation. Removing mats requires careful and patient work to avoid hurting the pet, often involving detangling tools or clippers. This process is more time-consuming and labor-intensive than regular grooming, which is why there is an additional charge for removing tangles and knots. The fee covers the extra time and effort required to safely and effectively remove the mats without causing stress or discomfort to your pet.
  • Will my pet receive one-on-one attention during their grooming session, or will the groomer be handling other pets at the same time?
Our grooming sessions are typically conducted on a 1-on-1 basis to ensure each pet receives individualized attention and care. However, there may be times when our groomers work on multiple pets simultaneously, especially if certain tasks like bathing or drying overlap. We strive to provide a personalized experience for every pet and are dedicated to giving your furry friend the best possible care during their grooming session. While we aim to maintain this level of individualized attention, there may be circumstances where it is not possible. Rest assured, we always prioritize your pet's safety and comfort.
  • Why is my dog placed in a cage during the grooming session?
We place dogs in cages during grooming for their safety and comfort. Cages provide a secure and calm space for your dog while they wait for their turn or during the drying process. This helps prevent accidents or interactions with other pets that might be stressful. Our cages are clean, well-ventilated, and monitored to ensure your dog is comfortable and safe at all times. If you have concerns about caging, please discuss them with us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your pet's needs.
  • What if my dog is too big for a cage?
If your dog is too large for a cage, we can use an alternative setup where they are securely leashed in a designated area. This setup provides ample lead length, allowing your dog to sit, stand, and lie down comfortably. Our priority is to ensure your dog's safety, so we monitor them closely throughout their time with us. This approach allows larger dogs to relax while they wait for their grooming session or during the drying process. If you have any specific concerns, please let us know, and we'll do our best to make sure that your pet is accommodated.
  • How do I know when to pick my pet up?
We will contact you as soon as your pet's grooming session is complete and they are ready for pickup. You can expect a call or message from us with the exact time. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please let us know when you drop off your pet, and we'll make sure to keep you informed. Additionally, you are welcome to call or message us to check on your pet's status at any time.
